Last year we had Perennial Landscaping install a patio in our backyard, redoing a 2 year old patio from another "contractor" that was awful. Perennial designed a beautiful stone patio and completed the project last fall. The patio itself is perfect, the landscaping John chose enhances his design. I feel like we had another room added on to our home. For us, because our first patio was such a fiasco, and we were so incredibly weary and skeptical we are thrilled that there is NOTHING we would change! From the first phone call through to beyond the end of the project, John did what he said he would do in the time frame he promised, or earlier. For me, this is one of the most important qualities I could wish for in a contractor. In addition, he and his staff were professional, courteous and very talented. I cannot endorse Perennial enough!
